The Commander and Sub-Commander

The Commander:
The Commander is leader of the Forum. It is
his/her responsibility to see to the continued welfare, and growth of
the Forum. The Commander will:
1.) Review and approve guilds for registration
2.) Ensure that all guilds within the Forum conform to TPoRF rules
3.) Keep a line of diplomacy open between the TPoRFand other Forums in
RhyDin
4.) Review for approval any proposals or addendums to the charter
brought forward by the Senate.
5.) Oversee the day to day operations of the Forum.
The Commander will be assisted in his duties by the Sub-Commander.

Sub-Commander: (Second-In-Command)
The Sub-Commander is the Second-In-Command of the Forum. The Sub-Commander
will:
1.) Assist the Commander in the day to day operations of the Forum, and the
maintenance of records.
2.) Assume the duties of the Commander in the case of his/her
absence.
3.) Actively seek, and recruit new guilds into the Forum.


The current Sub-Regent of the TPoRF is:

Sub-Commander (Second-In-Command)
The Sub-Commander is the Second-In-Command of the Forum. The Sub-Commander
will:
1.) Assist the Commander in the day to day operations of the Forum, and the
maintenance of records.
2.) Assume the duties of the Commander in the case of his/her

3.) Actively seek, and recruit new guilds into the Forum.


The current Sub-Regent of the TPoRF is:

The TPoRF Council
The Forum Council will consist of no more than twelve ( 12 ) members.
The Council will serve as an aministrative body, as well as a judiciary
body. The Council's duites will include, but are not restricted to:
1.) Maintaining current records of all guilds within the Forum (XP
records, member counts, rosters, etc.)
2.) Maintaning records of all guild relations (wars, alliances, etc.)
and keeping the Regent informed of said relations.
3.) Witnessing, and keeping record of all DM's fought within the Forum.
4.) Maintaning current records on all freelance members.
5.) Acting as neutral arbitrators in guild disputes.
The Forum Council will act as a Supreme Court for the purpose of
bringing those accused of a crime against the Forum, or a guild to
trial. After hearing the testimony and reviewing any evidence, it will
be the Council's duty to determine guilt or innocence, and decide
sentence accordingly. The Council members will be from guilds with in the council 1 from each of 12 guilds.


Current Council Members:

The TPoRF Senate
Each GC within the Forum will hold a seat on the Forum Senate. In the
event that the GC can not attend, a member of that guild's High Command
(SIC or equivalent) may be sent to represent the guild in their place.
The Senate will convene once a month (when possible) for the purpose of:
1.) Discussing any major issues facing the Forum.
2.) Giving the guilds within the Forum a chance to voice their concerns,
and propose any new addendums to the TPoRF.
3.) Updating the Commander of the current status of the guilds, and their
relations with each other and/or guilds outside the Forum.
4.) Giving the Commander a chance to give a "State of the Forum" address to
all guilds.
The Senate





The TPoRF Senate:
